HEAD GROOMERSophie Oakes is a seasoned professional dog groomer with a passion for animals and their well-being. She brings over eight years of industry experience to her work, offering a unique blend of technical skills, patience, and a deep understanding of animal behaviour.
She holds a Level 3 Diploma in Animal Management, an esteemed qualification that instilled in her a profound understanding of animal health and welfare. This foundational knowledge not only equipped her to expertly care for a wide range of species but also honed her interest in the grooming and aesthetic care of dogs.
Furthering her specialisation, Sophie pursued and earned a CPD Certified Dog Grooming Diploma, a credential that provided her with extensive knowledge of breed-specific grooming techniques, safety procedures, and best practices in canine hygiene.

DOG GROOMERCheryl is a newly trained/City and Guilds certified Dog groomer with a deep passion for animals. She brings valuable experience from her previous role at a veterinary clinic, where she developed strong skills in animal care.
Cheryl's love for dogs is evident not only in her professional life but also at home, where she cares for her own dog Trixie the Cockapoo.
Her background and dedication to animal welfare make her a compassionate and skilled groomer, committed to providing the best care for every dog she works with.

GROOMING ASSISTANTMeet Ruby, our grooming assistant! She'll be helping with bathing and blow-drying your beloved pooches. Ruby brings a warm, dedicated attitude and a genuine passion for animal care, along with a strong eagerness to learn and grow within the grooming industry.
You might also meet Ruby’s adorable Collie cross, Millie, who occasionally joins us in the salon—she loves making new furry friends just as much as we do!

Lily is a skilled and dedicated individual with over 3 years professional experience within the dog grooming industry. Her love for animals traces back to childhood, where she developed a passion for animal care while looking after horses alongside her mother.
She shares her home with two adorable family Bulldogs, Freda and Rudee, who are regular visitors in our salon! Her dedication and expertise make her a trusted caretaker for your furry friends.
Furthermore Lily has advanced her skills and expertise within the grooming industry by earning a CPD Certified Diploma in Dog Grooming. This qualification had equipped her with comprehensive knowledge in pet grooming, canine first aid, and canine hygiene.

Meet Georgia, our lovely grooming assistant! She’ll be lending a helping hand with bathing, brushing, and blow-drying your furry friends, always with a warm smile and caring touch. Georgia has a natural love for animals and a real enthusiasm for learning all things grooming—your pets are in safe, gentle hands with her.
You might also get to meet Darla and Ben, Georgia’s adorable family dogs! Darla’s the sweet, calm cuddle-bug, while Ben’s the cheeky one who’s always ready for playtime. They both love meeting new pals and bring plenty of wagging tails and happy energy wherever they go!
